Vivek Gupta
I have spent nearly three decades at the intersection of business and technology — building systems, leading transformation and helping organisations make difficult technology choices.
The recurring lesson has been simple: transformation fails when strategy, people, processes, systems and accountability move separately. My work today is focused on bringing those pieces together — sometimes as an advisor, sometimes as an architect, and sometimes by stepping into the leadership role required to get the work done.
I founded VG Consulting to give organisations access to senior transformation capability without automatically requiring the structure or overhead of a large consulting firm. Where specialist implementation capacity is needed, I work with delivery partners while staying accountable for the business problem, architecture and execution direction.
My current research explores how data and AI can improve institutional decision-making through Institutional Intelligence Architecture, EIA and NIA.
